I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (IN and FL) committed to providing a safe, supportive, and affirming space for my clients to process and learn about themselves. My clinical experiences have centered around working with children/teens, adults, and families to process trauma, improve emotion regulation skills and behaviors, and strengthen relationships. I also have years of experience providing court-mandated therapeutic services. As a therapist, I have a passion for helping neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people, and I bring a deep understanding of how our identities and life experiences can shape our mental health.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective and utilize many different therapeutic techniques. One of my favorite parts about being a therapist is being able to be creative and flexible in meeting client needs. I have training/experience in using CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and art/play therapy techniques.
