I have been working with teens, children, families and adults since 1988. I believe in warmly supporting my clients through the struggles and traumas of life. I use a variety of theoretical approaches, as therapy is not a one size fits all medium. I have worked in In-Patient settings as well as Out-Patient settings. My goal for my clients is that I am able to provide them with a safe and supportive environment where together we can explore their hopes, needs, and possibilities so they are able to move forward towards a better, kinder and gentler path in life.
