I’m so glad you’re here. I always say finding a therapist is kind of like dating - you truly have to find the right match. Here are some nuggets of information about me that might help you determine if I feel like a good fit. I believe that healing comes through connection, and I’m deeply passionate about the therapeutic relationship. I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients in an authentic and judgment-free way.
I also believe two things can be true at once: life can be hard and beautiful, you can be strong and vulnerable. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough” (or both), we might be a good fit. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating self-esteem, relationships, spirituality, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
As a human, I love being outside in the sunshine, watching trashy reality TV, and spending time with the people I love. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and person-centered. My hope is that clients leave sessions carrying a bit less weight, speaking more kindly to themselves, and feeling more at home with who they were made to be.
