My journey into therapy began in my early years, shaped by the experience of immigrating to the USA as an infant. Learning English before my parents, I became a bridge between cultures, an experience that nurtured my empathy and understanding — essential qualities in my therapeutic work. My path has been guided by a calling to serve others, intertwining my faith with my professional skills.
In my practice, Christian values are harmoniously integrated with various therapeutic modalities. While I have a close connection with the Christian Church clergy and the Latino community, my services are open to everyone, regardless of their faith background. Together, we use spirituality as a foundation for resilience and personal growth.
My areas of expertise are broad, reflecting the diverse needs of those I serve. They include managing trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, and depression; supporting parents of young children in co-parenting; addressing depression in pregnancy and postpartum; and leading group therapy sessions.
