Teen Group Therapy
Teen Groups are empowering! It's often difficult for teens to embrace traditional talk therapy where they share deep feeling with a stranger. However, by the 3rd session of Group, teens often feel safe & validated enough to begin making real progress. Groups run for 10 weeks, with the same group of teens meeting 1x per week. They work on social skills, stress management, behavioral & emotional regulation, self esteem, anxiety, & depression. In addition, therapists cater groups to address the specific needs of group members. Groups are ran by a team of Mental Health Therapists & Recreation Therapists, ensuring groups are engaging & impactful.
