My approach is relational, collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. Depending on what fits you best, I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems, along with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Sessions are entirely virtual, so you can meet from wherever feels most comfortable within the states of North Carolina & Illinois.
