I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I’m trained in EMDR therapy, which helps process trauma and experiences that feel “stuck.” I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, and we’ll move at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change.
