As our pain deepens, we develop coping strategies to numb and protect ourselves. These painful experiences and defense patterns can have long-lasting detrimental effects that deprive us of joy and meaning. However, although painful, these places of darkness can be catalysts to rewrite our story and move us towards healing.
I assist my clients to navigate trauma, manage anxiety, address sexual addiction, develop self-esteem, and resolve marital/couples issues as they move forward. I combine evidence-based practices (EMDR, Attachment Theory, etc.) with depth relational based approaches when working with clients to target the root cause of issues as well as the symptoms.
I treat each session as a sacred opportunity to walk together, in a collaborative partnership, to reach your goals, needs, and desired outcomes. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather, I work to tailor each approach to fit your individual needs.
