I have partnered with clients battling mood disorders, trauma and addiction at all levels of care for the last 12 years.
“Neurons that fire together, wire together”, so my specialty is delivering trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy with a mindfulness-based approach to integrate experiences and eliminate symptoms. I help clients cultivate the skills they need in order to address underlying shame, self-sabotage and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
