My practice is a safe, judgment-free space to help women develop the tools and self-compassion to move through life's challenges. I use a trauma-informed lens to help my female clients identify and grow from the experiences that shaped them (for good or worse). I am honored to help women from abusive family systems and intergenerational trauma recover and grow.
