Opening up the door to heal trauma can be scary. However, it is not a journey that you have to go on alone. I am a licensed and board-certified therapist with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma. My work is driven by a person-centered approach through a trauma-informed lens. I believe that it is important to understand how lived experiences and traumas can impact one’s life. I have a passion for walking alongside clients in their healing journey and inspiring hope.
I’m an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), nationally rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and a Registered Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) Facilitator. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Gottman Method (Level 1).
Together, we will embark on this journey toward healing and work toward the goals that are most important to you. Through this, you will learn new skills to help cope with and move past complex trauma and trauma reminders. You will gain the courage to establish and maintain boundaries with others as well as the confidence to reclaim your life.
