While many of my clients meet diagnostic criteria for depression, trauma, and anxiety, I aim to see people beyond the diagnosis and view them holistically.
Often, my clients come to therapy to work through challenges/stressors associated with life-stage transitions (adolescence-early adulthood, early adulthood-middle age, middle age-old age). For many of us, these life-stage transitions are often extended/delayed, leading to feelings of paralysis and “stuckness”, triggering changes in our psycho-emotive health.
No human is broken. Rather, we are all the logical conclusion of the sum of our total experiences. Therefore, we will piece together your narrative to connect the sum of your life experiences to your present thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, in order to learn to move forward, create change, and become your future self.
