Many of the people I have the privilege of working with experience anxiety that affects their daily life. This often stems from difficulty adjusting to a major life change, such as a career change, starting college, or other significant transition. They often feel overwhelmed and seek clarity, balance, and practical strategies to live their lives differently.
I have a strong focus on using your strengths as leverage to create positive change rather than focusing on your perceived "problems" or "weaknesses". We start simply by evaluating your current lifestyle and start to make small adjustments in your daily life that can create significant changes in how you think, feel and what you choose to do.
