About
Seeing new clients after 1/16/23! Many of my clients are questioning if they will realize their dreams and goals; they are ready to get some help to change and grow. They know what they should do but they just can't force themselves to do it. I offer interventions such dealing with past trauma, identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, finding hope and motivation, dealing with grief, and helping establish healthy patterns of boundaries. These are very difficult times and I would love to help you find your best self again! This is a judgement-free opportunity to get help!
I specialize in working with clients struggling with ongoing medical issues, burnout/compassion fatigue, depression, spiritual wounding, grief and loss, life transitions, and behavioral issues. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you navigate the struggles created by Covid-19. Many of us are grieving are old lives, traditions, and opportunities.
I have been to counseling myself to get help with my struggles and I understand the hesitation every person has. I will try my absolute best to provide a positive environment free of shame and judgment where you feel supported, encouraged, and challenged to make positive changes that improve the overall quality of life. Please reach if you have questions!
