I take a no nonsense, but compassionate approach- offering honest feedback and consistent accountability to help you stay aligned with your goals. I blend practical skills, goal-setting, and approaches like CBT, DBT, and parts-based work (IFS/Internal Family Systems) to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. We’ll strengthen the parts of you that feel most aligned and help the parts that no longer serve you begin to ease up.
