I help individuals and couples who feel controlled by anger, frustration, or intense emotions finally take back control, so they can become calmer, more confident partners, parents, and friends without losing who they are. Anger and other intense emotions can cloud your judgment and damage your relationships, but you don’t have to stay stuck. I teach practical tools to manage stress, handle conflict, and safely become more emotionally open, which creates deeper satisfaction with yourself and the people you love.
I specialize in men’s mental health, especially helping clients fed up with anger, frustration, and intense emotions running the show. My approach uses CBT and mindfulness-based stress reduction to give you practical tools that ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, rebuild self-trust, and help you show up calmer and more confident.
