I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and senior adults with issues including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem, anger management, trauma, and adjusting to and coping with life’s stressors. I also have experience in assisting LGBTQ+ clients with identity exploration and transition.
As a counselor, I use Solution-Focused techniques to help my clients set and achieve their goals for therapy in order to lead more fulfilling lives. I also use CBT techniques to help my clients recognize and understand internal barriers that may be hindering them from reaching their goals.
