I am a systemically trained licensed marriage and family therapist with a heart for couples. I cherish the opportunity to help others find their strengths and adapt to their challenges more effectively. I also, understand the unique struggles that accompany grief and loss and seek to help others find hope in the midst of their pain. My training also provides me the expertise to work with the most common anxiety and mood disorder concerns.
A systemically trained therapist uses the contexts and stories of your life and relationships to help you make informed and meaningful lasting change. In this way you may find that change is lasting and maintainable without the long term on going support of a therapist.
My practice is owned and operated by myself and my wife. We are both trained marriage and family therapists and can treat individual and relational concerns you might have. We also have the unique opportunity to utilize co-therapy when appropriate.
