My name is Joshua Scuderi, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have extensive training and experience in working with individuals, couples, and families who have struggled with a range of issues, including addiction, codependency, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. My hope is that, together, we can address your concerns and make meaningful progress towards achieving your goals.
While most of my career has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families heal from the pain and suffering of addiction, I firmly believe that most of us have internal, unresolved wounds and/or trauma. With Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, we can begin to heal these wounds and change your negative core beliefs.
