Therapy is meant to change how you see yourself and the world around you. I work with ambitious people looking to change their lives in the most important ways. I help people understand themselves and others, build healthy habits, and make life changes. I also conduct executive coaching with founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, as well as career transition work.
I listen to people and help them solve their problems. I teach my clients to treat themselves with compassion. My sessions are collaborative. I ask my clients to speak about whatever feels most important. Together we uncover the root of the problem and devise a plan to move forward.
Starting therapy or coaching is a great next step. My goal is to make this process easy. I enjoy hearing your story and answering questions about my work, so please feel free to give me a call. Through PsyPact, I can work via telehealth in 35 states.
