I love journeying with people as they "unbecome" what they're not, to truly become who they are. I believe the path forward lies with going inward. In therapy, I find joy in hearing people's stories and empowering them through self-awareness to change their story to live more fully. Ultimately, I help them find the language to understand their life experiences and discover their own inner peace.
