Are you looking for someone with a Faith Background to walk through a tough season with you? I enjoy working with children, adolescents, Veterans, adults and couples working through concerns of addiction, anxiety, depression, suicide and trauma. Maybe you struggle with changes in mood, emotional outbursts, withdrawing from social activity, poor sleep, poor focus/forgetfulness. There is no reason to be isolated when you can have someone walk along side you on this journey. I offer a space to work through these struggles and to help process these messy parts of our lives.
I am retired Army. Served in Iraq and Afghanistan. I most recently was the Director of Specialty Courts in Potter County where I worked with the Justice Involved population, addressing addiction and mental health concerns. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Group Therapist, IT's, and Chaplain at NWTH. I use Psychodynamic and Behavioral Theory approach.
Reach out to me via call, text or email to start your healing today. Reaching out is a huge step, I understand that. We all deserve a place to explore and manage our emotions. A place to discover our patterns of behavior and hear a fresh perspective. Therapy is an investment in yourself that no can take away. Make that call today, everyone deserves some hope
