About
I am a clinical psychologist / neuropsychologist with expertise in providing both therapy and evaluations addressing a wide range of psychological and neurocognitive disorders. I specialize in working with individuals and their family/caregivers managing chronic health conditions. While drawing from evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, ACT, CPT, MBCT), my approach to treatment is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and the creation of a safe and welcoming space from which to assist each individual in reaching their unique goals.
A scientific and clinical interest of mine is the practice of mindfulness. I have received certified training as an MBCT instructor and have authored multiple papers on its benefits, including among those experiencing periods of elevated stress. It’s a core aspect of my therapy and I provide mindfulness consultation/workshops to companies and research teams.
During these uncertain and often difficult times, it's a daily challenge to maintain a sense of well-being in one's personal, social and occupational life. Teletherapy is an opportune platform from which to manage these challenges. Reach out if you're interested in a free consultation to determine if we might be a good fit.
