I don't just treat trauma symptoms. I work with driven people who've hit a wall — in their work, their relationships, or their sense of self — and help them stop letting their past run the life they've worked hard to build. Most therapy stays in the head. I use IFS, narrative, ACT, visualization, and EMDR-informed methods to work with the whole person: parts, story, body, and nervous system. I don't follow a script. I follow what actually moves the needle for you, including sexual trauma, moral injury, and the kind of chronic early wounds that shape everything downstream.
