Hello! Welcome to therapy. I'm glad you made it. As a therapist, I believe that each one of us possesses a natural capacity for healing and towards our own authenticity. This belief governs my approach to therapy. I focus on the quality of the therapeutic relationship along with tending to the clients own inner wisdom. My work is fundamentally Trauma-Informed, Systemic, and Body oriented. I draw inspiration from Somatic therapies, IFS, Attachment Theory, and Psychodynamic theory. I also use Brainspotting and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate. These methods can be used to create deep transformative healing.

My experience as a therapist comes from working in Treatment Centers for Substance Abuse and Mental Health along with Children and Family Services. I work primarily with complex PTSD, substance use, attachment injuries, and family dynamics. If this approach does not feel like a good fit I would be happy to find you an appropriate referral.

In my experience, both personally and professionally, there are missing resources in the community for the mental health care of Men. For thousands of years, Men have met in community to form connection, process stressors in their daily life, and connect to their higher values. After receiving and practicing the benefit of both Mens Groups and Group Therapy I become convicted to offer this service in an accessible format to all Men in need. This group is a low cost open ended process group that allows Men a safe space to connect, share, and aspire to their highest good.
