I draw from Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems to explore both your story and the different parts of you that developed along the way. I work with adults and couples who are ready to approach themselves and their relationships with greater clarity, compassion, and care.

I help individuals and couples explore their stories and parts utilizing Internal Family Systems therapy and Narrative Therapy. This approach can lead to healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. With patience and curiosity, we work to unburden pain, foster resilience, and create lasting emotional and relational growth.
