I have worked with ADHD, anger management, anxiety, dual diagnosis, OCD, addiction, depression, grief and loss, personality disorders, and relationship conflict/distress. My communication style is often described as somewhat conversational with epiphanies that hit deep.
My approach to therapy is to help you focus on answers that you already know, but haven't been able to articulate. I help you to flip the script of the redundant patterns that keep you stuck. "I've never thought of it that way" is a phrase you will be using more than once during your time working with me. A different way to approach your life.
I'm a helper who began working in psychotherapy in a methadone clinic doing therapy with dual diagnosis in downtown Los Angeles this affords me to learn to become adaptable and fluid with my approach.
