Based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Evidenced Based practices; As your therapist, we can address Anxiety, Depression, Mood, Behavior, Trauma, Grief, Family and Couples concerns. Starting at ages 5 and up and offering Individual, Couples and Family sessions.
Each situation is unique and no person should feel as if they do not have support. I believes that everyone should have access, time and space to receive support. And each person should feel safe and secure in the process.
