I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transition problems, PTSD and substance use issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside a Person-Centered perspective. Additionally I am a Master's Certified Addictions Professional.
