I believe we are all trying to do our best and at times, we may get stuck on our journey through life. I am passionate about guiding people in breaking the cycles that hold us back. I take an integrative approach towards healing and change. In my office, you will find a safe, understanding, and empathetic environment. I work to give you tools to manage current stressors, as well as guiding you to explore the deeper root of the problem to create lasting change. A few of my specialties include relationship therapy, trauma, OCD, adolescent work and pornography addictions.
I use evidence based approaches including EFT and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, where I was trained in some of the best research-based therapy for helping couples. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR which is effective in working with trauma, anxiety and other mental health related issues.
In my personal life, I love to read, be active, and do just about anything outside. One of my greatest passions is building a strong relationship with my wife and spending time with our family.
