For the past decade of my life I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups to help them heal and work through their suffering. I have worked in various settings i.e. residential, community based, schools, homes, hospital outpatient clinics, and virtually/teletherapy.
I have had the privilege to bear witness to humanities highest highs and lowest lows. These invaluable experiences have helped me believe in the resiliency of humanity.
