Hey there! I know trying to find a therapist can be daunting. So here's a little bit of info about me:
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio, and I've been in the field for close to 4 years now. My work as a counselor focuses on walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that means working through trauma, overcoming addiction, or finding new ways to move forward when life feels stuck. Having personally experienced the value of supportive and encouraging counseling myself, I try to provide that same kind of encouragement for others.
My counseling style is rooted in a person-centered approach where I try to make each client feel truly heard and understood. At the same time, I offer practical tools and strategies that help deal with pressing issues. Bottom line, sometimes we just need a place to get all of our thoughts out in the open, and that's what I aim to provide for all my clients.
