Since COVID, things just feel different. My goal is to team up with you- we will identify what you’d like to work on and together, tackle those challenges head-on. I’m here to help you with anything from relationships, work/family stress, sexuality, gender identity, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, life adjustments, or other health bumps in the road. I work with all adults, specializing in LGBTQI issues.
I am recently certified in EMDR - basic training (I encourage you to read up on this. Quite a fascinating modality).
I've been that person feeling vulnerable and looking for a therapist and feel overwhelmed with not being able to find the right fit for me. It can be a very disconcerting process.
