As of 9/20/2023 I only have availability for daytime clients before 3pm. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA and RI who has experience working with clients of all ages who are struggling with a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions, among others. I have recently developed a passion working with first responders. I believe that counseling should be client driven and strengths based by using an individual's interests in order to engage them and help them reach their goals. I assist individuals with developing realistic solutions to everyday problems.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have experience with treating individuals that have gone through life changing events such as emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse. I have also been able to provide first responders an opportunity to explore how job related experiences impact their lives and explore ways to cope with work stress.
