Men's Circles

It is too common of a story, that men feel disconnected from their emotions and their vulnerability. The pressures that are placed upon men to be strong providers and protectors often lead to feelings of unworthiness or inadequacies, which can lead to disconnection with family and community. Working with men of all ages, I bring this understanding into my work, and support men in expressing their feelings and beliefs. Normalizing this shared experience and sharing their truth, is a step to feel less alone, build a bond of trust with themselves nad their community.

Grief Circles

In our modern world with so many cultural and environmental challenges, loss and grief are a common part of our shared human experience. Working with grief is unfortunately, a forgotten practice in our society, but has been an integral part of human communities for thousands of years. I work with individuals and groups, to create space for grief to be welcomed, felt and honored. Often grief is a threshold for deeper connection with self and others. This is a healing practice.
