Hello, welcome! Take off your shoes and kick up your feet. You may have been looking through many PT profiles trying to find the right therapist. I totally get that! My goal as a therapist is to create safe spaces for those who have been struggling trying to find one. As a queer and AuDHD individual I know what it feels like to navigate in a world that is not suited to our needs. As a social justice advocate, you can often find me at the capital defending my client's rights. In my free time, I help local artists get their foot through the door and their stories onto stage.
While I primarily work with my fellow queer and "neurospicy" folks, I welcome anyone who wants to work on their anxieties, complex traumas, religious traumas, depression, relationship issues, gender related concerns, and racial/social aggressions. My main modality I like to use is Feminist & IFS Theories, but I also do work in CBT/DBT & somatic therapy
I invite anyone who are trying to find their voice, discover their place in the world, or feel unwelcomed with those who you are surrounded by.
