Hi I'm Josh, and I believe that life has its seasons - moments of joy, and times of struggle. It's full of ups and downs, transitions, and unexpected challenges. Sometimes, we find ourselves weighed down by the pressures to “hold it all together” while quietly carrying burdens no one else sees. Reaching out for help can feel difficult, and even vulnerable, but it can also be the first brave step toward growth, clarity, and healing.
I believe that every person holds the strengths they need to overcome life’s obstacles - sometimes, they just need a safe space and the right support to unlock that strength.
Therapy isn’t about being “broken,” it’s about discovering the power, resilience, and direction that already exists within you. I served in the Army for 24-years, retiring as an E-8, and have learned first hand the value of perseverance, inner strength, and personal connection. I bring that same grounded perspective into my work as a therapist.
