Together, we'll learn to listen more deeply, both to ourselves and others. I'll help you express emotions in ways that bring clarity and open space for meaningful dialogue. With awareness comes change, and with change comes real connection and growth. Worst case? You vent on a comfy couch. Best case? You start smiling more—yes, therapy can actually do that!
