This is a group for beginners and experts! We focus on a curriculum that dives into evidence based meditation practices. This means that we focus our discussions and curriculum on things that will actually improve your health. You are more likely to engage mindfulness and meditation when you have a group of people to practice with. The benefits are so real that we have to offer this group to everyone!
