I received my Master’s in Social Work from Temple University in 2012 and have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. My approach is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based, integrating CBT, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and solution-focused therapy. I specialize in relationships, attachment, family dynamics, adoption-related experiences, anxiety, and life transitions. As an international adoptee, I bring both professional and lived experience to my work supporting individuals navigating identity, connection, and personal growth.
I am primarily focused on working within the scope of adoption (parents who are considering adoption, adoptive parents, adoptees, biological parents, and those impacted by adoption). I also focus on men's mental health. I have experience with non-traditional relationship structures and lifestyles and have an interest in working within these areas as well.
