Drawing upon my education in Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I will help you to activate your strengths, cope with daily stressors, gain insight, and heal from difficult experiences. I will work with you in a way that is non-judgmental, curious, and caring; together, we'll find the tools to help you make needed changes in your life.
