As someone who is no stranger to anxiety, depression, uncertainty, familial troubles, and the challenge of managing life's (sometimes MANY) stressors; I understand how difficult things can get. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a myriad of other things that we generally call 'life'; especially since 'life' is seemingly getting more complicated by the day. I can adjust my style and approach to suit your needs. I've tend to take a blend of cognitive behavioral and humanistic approach to therapy.
I am a huge, unapologetic, nerd. I will geek out in my sessions, and you will probably look very cool by comparison, so there's that! I am definitely a casual gamer, and enjoy playing tabletop and board games. I'm a reader, and one of my hobbies includes collecting rare and antique books. I consider it a great joy and privilege in getting to know people.
