I'm a trauma therapist specializing in in attachment and body based therapy. My passion is helping people learn to connect with love to themselves and each other. I strive to create a relationship of trust, recognizing that someone is the expert in their own life and the author of their life story. I focus on giving a safe and supportive space in which I use gentle approaches to help people untangle hurts and restore light to relationships again. These methods include mindfulness, somatic, and polyvagal techniques. I help people understand old and unhelpful patterns so we can process new and adaptive ways of connecting to the world.
My clinical background is in treating developmental and attachment-based traumas, offering strategies to access healthy bonding and co-regulatory processes. I assist individuals and couples with relationships, marital and divorce issues, losses, and grief. I am extensively trained in EFT, EMDR, BSP, TFCBT, IFS, Sandtray, and Hypnotherapy.
Are you stressed? Overwhelmed and feeling stuck? People can heal, find hope, and enjoy healthy relationships again. They can reach for repairing instead of protections. Tired of trying to solve endless problems? Let's heal the negative cycle and restore your natural ability to thrive and live in an authentic way with grace and dignity once more.

Groups
Growing Places Healing Hearts Grief Group

Healing Hearts is a structured weekly group that centers on making meaning out of our loss. It is conducted with welcoming grace and dignity. Here, we do not look for solutions or to move on from our grief. Instead, we look to see it, to learn how to carry it. We look at understanding the dynamics that grief has on our relationships. The reality of grief is far different from what others see. Here, it's okay to not be okay as we explore the dynamics of navigating life together.
