As an EMDR-certified clinician and emotionally focused couples therapist , I work with couples in distress and relationship issues including marriage counseling, affair recovery, and betrayal trauma. I also work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and are looking for practical tools to navigate life stress or distress.

My approach is attachment-focused and informed by somatic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT) and EMDR. Therapy focuses on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
