I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Agency Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2002 and have been counseling since 2004. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families.I provide support to work through issues including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and substance use.
I incorporate aspects of a variety of therapeutic models into my practice, including aspects of CBT, REBT, and person centered approaches.I believe therapy provides an opportunity to develop and explore goals, to learn and practice effective communication, and to foster self-esteem and self-efficacy.
