You feel stuck in the same patterns—overthinking, anxiety, emotional reactivity, or conflict that keeps replaying in your relationships or family. You've tried to manage it on your own, and you're tired of nothing sticking long-term. Maybe you're an overwhelmed parent, an anxious teen, a couple trying to reconnect, or an adult carrying trauma that still shapes how you think and react today. You don't have to keep figuring it out alone. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and the relationship and family challenges that wear you down over time.
My approach is active, structured, and focused on real change. Much of my work centers on trauma—understanding how past experiences still shape your thoughts and relationships, then building skills that last. I also use play therapy, tabletop RPGs, and video games, especially with teens and ADHD, to make emotional regulation and connection feel natural.
Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to face it alone. I'm direct, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping you move forward.
