When we experience stress, our bodies respond physically, and it makes sense that past wounds are also held within us. This is where EMDR helps. EMDR goes beyond talk therapy by addressing how the body holds trauma, allowing us to reprocess and release those experiences for lasting healing.
I specialize in individuals trapped in cycles of addiction, shame, and relational wounds.
