Are you ready to create change in your life? Do you want to take the first steps towards shaping your ideal future? Life can throw many unique challenges our way, sometimes all at once. These trials can severely impact our mood, relationships, work/education, and general life satisfaction. As a therapist, my goal is to better your mood, perspective, and the strategies you use to manage these life events. Through a safe and warm relationship, we will collaboratively set goals for your wellness. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone, I’m here to help.

In our work together, I will use tools from different therapeutic perspectives such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. My approach involves compassionate listening, psychoeducation, socioemotional skills training, and gentle challenging when appropriate to equip you to handle these stressors.

Through my work as a therapist in a high school setting and a graduate school professor, I have learned that everyone needs space to feel heard and supported, regardless of our age, our occupation, or our background. Although it is easy to be consumed by the negativity that surrounds us, we can build upon our unique strengths to regain a sense of wellbeing.
