I am a licensed therapist and addictions counselor certified in EMDR. I believe in the indomitable strength of the human spirit; that the dreams of all people never end. Experiencing a painful moment, personal upheavals, or people just not ‘getting’ how your brain or nervous system works can profoundly impair your relationships, sense of well-being, and identity. I deeply understand the importance of meaning, narrative, and creativity in the healing journey. Whether the same passions are shared or not, I genuinely desire to create space for you to share yours enthusiastically as we collaborate in enhancing and unsticking your life.

I work well across the neurodiversity spectrum and respectfully seek to be actively responsive to however you best understand and interpret the world. I draw from Buddhist psychology, years of personal practice, and my professional training to target traumatic memories and distressing emotions. My practice emphasizes connection, non-judgment, and empowerment

I provide the skills, support, and resources to help you learn to soothe your nervous system, connect with your values, and normalize being human.
