My name is Josh Cochran. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) based in Knoxville, Tennessee who has been providing individual therapy since 2012. With a foundation in humanistic and cognitive approaches, I seek to help clients with a variety of presenting mental health concerns and life challenges.
