I walk hand-in-hand with individuals to build skills, gain knowledge, and change perspectives. Using EMDR, Somatic, CBT/DBT, and a trauma focused approach I help individuals to take control of their life narrative.
My office is a safe space where people are able to say what needs to be said without fear of judgement or reprisal. I tell everyone: if it's something you're afraid to say, then say it during session!
